Packing and Shipping Costs | JP Post EMS We have custom designed, double layer poster boxes designed to minimise the possibility of your order being damaged in transit. Shipping is free on the majority of purchases. |
Handling of Defective Products | After corresponding with you on the matter, we will be happy to promptly replace any defective items such as those caused by manufacturing issues or items damaged in transit.
In the event that your order is damaged in transit, where possible please inform the delivery staff that you are aware that they have delivered you damaged goods. Please then inspect the item and contact us as soon as possible, we will promptly respond with a replacement. |
Regarding Returns | Please understand that due to the customised nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept any returns or exchanges based on a customer’s change of heart. Although we inspect all items at the time of product shipment, if you find that you have received an order that contains defective items or delivery errors, please contact us within three days of receiving your order. We will be happy to issue a refund or remanufacture.
